| Never did a build thread for this car because it never really had anything in it. I will start now Car is 09 Mustang GT I got brand new from Sawgrass Ford. Not long after got a JLT Cold air intake for it and nitrous. Had fun with it then got a catless/off road xpipe and was shooting the car with about 100shot That was it... best pass car went 11.49@119 on a 150shot and 11.54@119 on a 100shot OEM suspension from ford, and still cut 1.63-64 60fts.
The nitrous kit was budget then upgrade the noids and it worked for a long time very well. Got a great deal from my buddy over at NPF(nitrous prol flow.)
finally going -6 nitrous feed, big nitrous and fuel solenoids, 2 foggers. before it had a hidden nitrous kit. now everyone knwos so I'am gonig to make something that stands out and is presentable and looks great
Pictures coming soon...like tomrrrow

| Just a mock up, making a bracket, nitrous harness and debating on hard line or steel braided with 2 foggers or setting up for a 2stage Should get more rolling tomorrow as well as the new trans. | |

| lmk, i can hook up you or anyone else with this setup. this is good for 350+shot of nitrous my old setup was good for 175shot. nothing wrong with it, i just wanted something more efficient. | |

if i dont get a call out its staying on a baby 100-150shot this setup is more to show off rather then be fast. I'd like people to see how nice, clean and badass a well done nitrous setup can be. its basically an over the top nitrous setup for my car at least... after the black car this one will get a new motor. still debating on what route to take it....5.0 swap or big bore block, piston/rod etc... at most the car may see 175...its a lot more efficient then my old setup, i dont expect much more from it for now til i put a second stage. there is some stuff at the shop tho for it already, just not ready to go in. PS I had someone work in a lil surprise/thank you for you, idk if you got it yet.

| I dont run a progressive box... the car is going to get one, but strictly to use as a window switch and possibly for bad race roads. otherwise they tend to damage soleniods....not damage them but go through plungers faster and having to rebuild them often. The car will be getting a second stage before the box gets used though. the car really doesnt leave on motor, it leaves damn near perfect every time on a 100gun. anything over like the 150shot its just to iffy to trust, for my car my launch is everything. 150spins most of the time even if i get on and off it, it just doesnt work. | |

| Time to update long story short, tested the new setup at countyline Friday, car spun made 2 passes and thought something got hurt so i drove back to the shop, all checked good. saturday went again, lowered the shot to 100shot just to get it out the hole because previous day it spun, lined up track was working launched and she nose dived and bogged and had a nice lil nitrous back fire. results... she just got painted today will begin assembly tomorrow \ after scuffing and cleaning the engine bay it wasnt nearly as bad as i thought....almost didnt want to paint it but I already paid the guy so fuck it Before paint(after cleaning) After paint | |

| in the mist of pulling the motor i wanted to pull the oil pan see if a rod bent, pulled it everything looked fine and dandy nothing bent. I didnt want to throw a set of rods and pistons in but something told me fuck it im already here lemme check it out. Pull the heads and sure enough cylinder 6 had a piece of the ring land missing. Must have happend the night i thought i hurt the motor, sometimes a compresssion test doesnt know it all. So I got these and decided to do what I can, total cost out of pocket $600-pistons $200 steel rings $350 rods $270 valves springs Cams-had laying around heads studs-had laying around porting-i did so no charge some chamber work | |

| ouch! At least the damage wasnt too bad with that backfire. Did you bump up the compression with the new pistons? And a dumb question, just wondering why you didnt get the pistons coated if you are gonna be running just nitrous?
What pistons are those?
