Great pass, I don't want this to come out the wrong way, as I think an 8 sec. pass on a 100% pure street car is amazing!, but the mph looks weak given all the mods and the 4.1L stroker. This is a max effort ALpha 12 set up that the company charges over 100k for it installed, isn't it?.
Don't these Alpha 12 Packages trap in the 170s?

Thers is 2 reasons why Asiers' MPH didn't read higher, but I will let him say if he chooses too. Also aplha 12s' don't trap higher than 170 mph, the range between 165-170 mph. Overall his car did E.T. what it should with his current set up, and that is what he was going for. Lets just say there is abit more in it.

You are correct, AMS does charge about that much when done at their shop. Not the case here, but still very expensive.

Mph is not a big issue for me right now. Iam more interested in getting the car quicker than faster.
Also, the plugs were breaking out in the first pass so I did take power out in the second pass.
Lets just said that there is more in it.

Reason I asked is because you have gone low 160s in TX, I thought it could be the weather down here. I had a chance to look at your time slip, and it looked like it did not get as much mph in the back half as I thought it should.

Alpha 12's will trap 166 on average. weather will play a factor for sure.2-3mph.

car has already gone almost 164. I think it has a few more PSI left in it.

I am impressed how quick it is for 4150lbs with driver ! thats a tank!
