The race was from 70 - 180mph

Good run. Thought the supra would have pulled out the W on that one

It should the supra has 800hp.......but i really doubt it .........supra got the hit and the rx7 was and low rpm.......

james is a cool guy i have known him for years... btw i was at 783hp. to his 738hp... he did get me by a little but i was not going to thorw 6th... my tranny acting up.. thats y i started in 4th my self.. btw we took off same time.... he has a huge turbo... im sure u know that lol

Yea hes a cool guy.......i know him cause we build and tuned his car.......
.and his car its not newhere near 738hp he wishes his car had that power....it made 710hp at 34 psi and the tuner brought the power back down cause the car didnt have enough fuel for that power so he left it at 680hp...........but it was a great run by both of u guys and ur car its a beast.....

And u even tell the person next to you that he has 700 and hes lighter than u are........but remember that the car is lighter cause of the little 1.3 it has inside

The RX7 is a lighter car in general hence the pull away. Good race though I'd like to see more of both cars.

ya thanks. When I fix my tranny ican start in 3rd. Instead of 4th gear at 70mph ..

Can't start a roll race in 4th gear is way to long and lazy try a high second next time. Get the getrag fixed b/c it gets expensive real quick

went.. 4th to 5th gear....... and i know james well we did a 60roll with me a 3rd he wanted to give me the jump... i said not a good idea .... and was no point in posting that video... but we can try a 40-60 again

good run James car is moving out a lot harder then the time i punished it with my Vette.   congrats on the build guys   ......and Mr. Jspec Mk4 hope you have a little more than that when you race CRUSH    

If there is no point to the video then why did u raced him or recorded the race.......you just thought u were going to rape him since u have a 2j 800hp+ and he's only at 680......and i think you guys should a lower roll cause on that race you can tell his car has more top end than your .....

lmfao its funny u talk like u where there....... and he is a friend i new  for years now.. going to the rx7 meets   and deisde to race for fun... i was not the 1 blowing it up all over.. like u did... yes he pulled me by a little.. he should his 710hp to my 783hp....  and every where els ur claming im making 850hp..   if i trun it up to 32psi (32psi) would be a dif outcome.. but not going to risk my motor for no 1...

I'd like to know more about this RX7. I've been MIA for a while.

Its a 1.3lt turbo that made 710hp at 34psi but when he ran the 2j it was at 32psi stock tranny,stock diff rev9500 ,nitto tires,ac,ps,magnafuel fuel pump,6 injectors,weights about 2900lbs

fully built motor.. big fuel system hanging out the back whats ur point. ??? stock motor just bolts and an aem i made that power yes i would be mad 2... btw i was on 19inch tires :-D

I never said nething about ur car.......ur car is super fast.....people always have an xcuse......u guys raced and he won thats it no need for excuses.........

Its just not a lot of people give props to the little motor........u have a 3.0 compare to a lawnmower motor.........now days its normal to c a 2j with 600hp 700hp on the.........and i bet u nething there is only 1 rx7 with that kind of power on the streets..........like i said b4 nothing against u or ur car........but to c a 2j with that power its normal to, cause when we go to the track o c a lot of those..........and the car has that fuel system cause it needs it if not that motor woudnt be alive right now.........remember its a 1.3 lt it needs loys 9f boost with a big turbo to make power.........2j its a 3.0 u dont need much to the that kind of power........
