I do it, any car
NO I DONT TAKE IT OFF THE CAR!
just finished an SRT4 head that came out great
ive dont honda B series heads
ive done plenty intake manifolds
V8 heads from ford and pontiac(gm)
Go-cart
inline 6 bmw heads

I lost my digital camera but here are some pics from my site
http://crtperformance.webs.com/v6mustangperformance.htm
those are all V6 parts but none the less you head or manifold will be the same

what i do- Gasket matched both sides, some reshaping, bowl polish, port basically where ever we have access to.

I have a few style
there's your basic porting-gasket matched ported and polished about 2-3 inches down
then full port which is pretty much porting the entire thing or as much as possible.

estimates for full port: (aluminum)
SRT4 head-$200
Honda DOHC heads-$200
4cylinder DOHC-$200
4cylinder SOHC-$150-175
2v and push rod V8 heads- $325+both depending on ease
3v v8 heads-$350both
4v V8 heads-$375+

V6 2v and push rod-$275+
V6 4v-$325+
BMW heads- from what i've ported they're basically already gasket matched so i just polish it-$100-150

DONT ASSUME the lowest price will be yours, generally it is but it also varries

re-facing the head-$85charge
cash or check
