Yes Luis in order to keep your stock hood and installed the 3.4L Whipple on your car, you will need to get the engine lowering mount kit From lethal Performance, thats if you want to keep your stock hood in place, otherwise you'll need to buy a cow hood. My advice is' to buy the lowering kit, is cheaper than getting the cow hood.

Frank, i would never take advice from you. my car burnt down from a setup untried or well thought out. NPF is one of the very best nitrous companies out there and have the leading plate in the industry. their solenoids and nozzles didn't burn up.my motor the fogger placement did.
i bet any 5.0 with my old setup will run a mid 10second pass like butter because its proven and has been done. $2000 in a 5.0 and it'll be right on ur Shelbys previous setup.
