No. Shep wouldn't sell his car, it's how he tests transmissions. There are DSMs then there are fast DSMSs, the chances of someone in South Florida streetracing a fast DSM are slim. I'll believe this 8-second Talon when I see it. Maybe 8 seconds in the eighth.

no im absolutly clueless to how it works. I've never heard of such a thing.

theres MANY AWD cars that dont hook from 20rolls and so on, on the street. believing an 8second AWD car does isnt to much of a wild thought. because i highly doubt from a dig he can floor it and not spin like hell.
of course theres tires, tuning (BBG), feathering the throttle which is probably required in that car.

Automatic DSM on drag radials do NOT spin on the street. If your awd is spinning from a 20 roll you make 1100hp or have a 6speed (short geared) or garbage tires.
