ASAP's dsm is quite the consistent car. AWD Auto, even just footbraking, almost allows you to "set it and forget" like that rotisserie they used to sell on tv at 2am.

The turbo didnt suck anything up. It broke the shaft. Thats why the car did not want to build boost at the line and it would struggle to 2 step. The turbo completely let go on the way home.

Good to know but my last turbo was ruined because it sucked up a few rocks. You'd think I'll learn the first time it happen.

Yeah, I saw some smoke while riding out. At least it happen locally and nit while at the track!

Sorry to hear that. How did the shaft break exactly? Was the shaft itself sheared or did the bearings just fail? Either way at least nothing was sucked in past the throttle body.

Dunno yet...We'll see what kind of bullshit story Precision comes up with. My guess is that they are gonna say a: poor lubrication (which is bullshit) or b: didnt run water to the turbo (also bullshit). Either way it's probably gonna need a new turbo. I'd say our experience racing Shane the other night was an expensive one! LOL

Precision is scarying me with these turbos man....between that, Sandors 67 lasting a few days, another buddies 76 being defective and a 62 on the same boat....kinda brings my hopes down on these billet wheels

Turbonetics B-B guys , I never had a problem with these. Very Happy

Evobyd > your turbo bearing took a shit; causing the shaft to have play, eventually causing the wheel to rub against the turbo housing and snapping the fuck up at high boost and exhaust pressures conditions. lol, just saying I know you guys know these basic stuff.
