Yeah good luck with that! We all know this is going to get Frank going, talking about how weak the LSX motors are!
Well Chris Its True ITs a weak motor>> look at the facts>> 125,000 miles cobra motor I made 513TRQ and 483RWHP on motor with stock Blower with an upper 2.8 pulley only, then I made 630RWHP and 678TRQ on nitrous on 150shot again stock blower with 2.8 pulley..
Then I made 633RWHP and 670TRQ on 21psi kennebell No nitrous and my motor still together
That's why I don't want anything to do with vettes because they blow up after they start to make lil be over then 550 -600RWHP..
Joel I am sorry to hear that and I didn't even get to race you man>>> But you know what to do next!!!
Let me know if you need help taking all that stuff of the motor..!!

Those motors aren't weak there was most likely an issue with tuning.

Wow, that fuckin BLOWS.
Now, about LSx motors, it's not that they're weak, it's simply that most LSx motors are high compression. High compression and boost aren't good friends when ran on regular pump gas. A tiny tiny slip up in tuning, and BOOM. There's almost no room for error on such a high compression motor when boost is added. This is the beauty of the GT500 and 03/04 Cobra motors. 8.5:1 compression and forged bottom end from factory. Built for a shitload of boost and power. I've seen stock Cobra's making 900rwhp and still running strong.
Was Joel at least running meth?

[quote="Juan@Caveman"]hey this is the vidio about last night nice run for Joel and arbondiga close
Joel here Proof that the cobras are stronger and faster than vettes>>> 70 to 160 Cobra won>> nitrous with the stock blower with a pulley>>>
So what do you think my cobra was going to run like with a 2.8L kenne bell and nitrous. What I made on 21psi of boost only is what albondiga made on nitrous and 14psi of boost.. lol No offence to you Joel but my cobra would've walked you even harder...

Frank might be right on this one. Franks cobra on a 150 shot plus that Kenne Bell might take it to Joel, hard. However, I wanna see how Joel's car is going to run with the meth and extra timing.

OR its just mine that doesn't run right>?
